Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your RegalPay account through the account deletion option available inside the RegalPay mobile application.

If you are unable to access the application, you may also contact our support team using the email address provided below.

After receiving a valid account deletion request, we may verify the request to protect the account and prevent unauthorized deletion.

Once the request is processed, your account may no longer be available for normal use through the RegalPay application.

Depending on the applicable circumstances, account deletion may result in removal or deletion of information associated with your RegalPay account, which may include:

• Account profile information.
• Contact information associated with the account.
• Authentication-related account information.
• Other information that is not required to be retained.

Some information may need to be retained after an account deletion request where retention is required or permitted by applicable law, regulation, insurance requirements, legal obligations, fraud prevention requirements, dispute resolution, or legitimate record keeping.

This may include certain transaction, insurance application, policy, payment, or compliance-related records where retention is necessary.

Retained information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.

Deleting your RegalPay account does not automatically cancel an insurance policy that has already been issued.

Insurance policy cancellation, refund, and servicing matters remain subject to the applicable policy terms and the relevant insurance partner or insurer.

If your account has a pending insurance application, payment, transaction, or other service request, deletion may be subject to applicable processing and record-retention requirements.

We may need to retain certain information to complete, document, or legally support such transactions.

To protect your account and personal information, we may request reasonable information to verify that an account deletion request has been made by the account holder or an authorised person.
