By using RegalPay, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

RegalPay facilitates insurance-related services by helping users submit information, request insurance quotes, compare applicable options, communicate with relevant partners, and proceed with insurance applications.

The availability of insurance products, premiums, coverage, terms, conditions, eligibility, underwriting decisions, and policy issuance are subject to the applicable insurance partner and the terms of the relevant insurance product.

RegalPay does not guarantee that an insurance application will be approved or that a particular quote or premium will remain available.

Insurance quotes displayed or communicated through RegalPay are subject to the information provided by you and the applicable insurance partner's underwriting and pricing rules.

Quotes may change due to changes in vehicle details, applicant information, documents, eligibility, underwriting requirements, taxes, fees, product availability, or other applicable factors.

A quote does not by itself constitute an insurance policy or a guarantee of coverage.

The actual insurance policy is issued by the applicable insurance company or authorised insurance partner.

Coverage, exclusions, benefits, premium, policy period, conditions, and claims are governed by the applicable policy documents and terms issued by the relevant insurer.

Users should carefully review their policy documents after issuance.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents.

You must not upload forged, altered, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorised documents.

Providing incorrect information may affect quote generation, underwriting, policy issuance, coverage, claims, or other insurance-related services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication information.

You must notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed without your permission or if you identify suspicious activity.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, our systems, or the integrity of our services.

Where payment is required, the applicable amount, payment method, and payment process will be communicated during the relevant transaction.

Payment processing may be performed by the applicable payment provider or insurance partner.

A successful payment does not by itself guarantee policy issuance. Policy issuance remains subject to the applicable insurance partner's requirements and confirmation.

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the nature of the transaction, the applicable insurance product, the insurer's terms, and applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Where a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy applies, that policy will provide additional information regarding applicable processes.

You must not use RegalPay to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Submit fraudulent or unauthorised documents.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Misuse insurance-related services or information.
• Attempt to circumvent security or authentication mechanisms.

We aim to keep RegalPay available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, network problems, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

RegalPay may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including insurance partners, payment providers, cloud services, authentication services, messaging providers, and other technology providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

Unless otherwise stated, the RegalPay name, branding, website content, application interface, software, graphics, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Royal Star Fintech.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our content or software without appropriate authorization.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RegalPay will not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a user, decisions made by an insurance partner, changes in insurance pricing or eligibility, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including where we believe the account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, in violation of these Terms, or in a manner that may harm our users or services.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking such action, subject to legal, security, or operational requirements.

Your use of RegalPay is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities applicable to the matter.
